In order for your custom order request to be submitted, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. Upon submission, you will receive an initial prototype of your custom print design on your registered email within 4 to 6 business days. Following this, you are welcome to provide us with any desired adjustments by replying to our email. Then, you will receive a finalized version of your design. Upon your confirmation of the final design, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% by logging into your account. Accordingly, your order will proceed into production. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Returns Are Only Accepted If:
The item arrives with broken glass,
There is a leakage, or
The package or product is visibly damaged during transit.
If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged:
Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s).
Do not discard the packaging, as it may be required for inspection by our carrier.
Return & Refund Details:
Approved returns are free of charge.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
